With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a postgraduate degree in Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, Miguel embarked on his professional journey as a personal trainer and certified CrossFit coach. Additionally, he manages the Sports Optimization Center for the Portuguese Rugby Team at Sporting CP. Over the years, Miguel has assisted a wide range of clients, from busy professionals to individuals striving for weight loss, seniors, and even Olympic athletes.

With over six years of experience in the industry, João brings a wealth of expertise to assist individuals in reaching their health and wellness goals. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, he has further sharpened his skills by successfully completing the Level 2 CrossFit Coach and CrossFit Kids Course.
